John "JJ" Burke has been in business for himself since 1993. He served in the U.S.Coast Guard for 23 years and worked on computer systems aboard the ships, and once retired, he went to work for Hewlett Packard, then decided he rather work for himself.

"My main goal is to keep you connected to the internet, and once you have a problem, get it fixed and back to you as quickly as possible. Most time I will fix while you watch. My other goal is to clean your system of viruses and spyware without losing any information. Of course, the longer you wait, the harder it is to fix without losing information."
